Announcements for the 2012-2013 School Year ![]() West Seattle Elementary School was awarded a $2500 grant from the Fuel up to Play 60 Program. Fuel Up to Play 60 is a partnership between the NFL and the Dairy Council. The goal of the program is to decrease childhood obesity by helping kids learn about healthy eating and increased physical activity. Since the start of the school year we have had two physical activity challenges and taste tested healthy smoothies. Students have had the chance to win fun prizes and be acknowledged for their healthy habits. Stay tuned for more fun challenges and activities!
